Everything you need to know about our Shipping & Fulfilment
All of our bundles are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked within the UK. Your order may take up to 3 WEEKS to be shipped if you request the optional extra TikTok video with your order. We aim to get most orders shipped within 10 working days.
We offer Tracked International Shipping at a flat rate of £15. If you live outside of the UK please expect your order to take up to 21 working days to arrive. We aim to get most international orders shipped within 10 working days.
Please note we are a small, disability-lead business. We will continue to provide our restocks at the start of each month, and we fulfil orders on a first-come first-serve basis.
Your order may take several weeks to be fulfilled, as our demand is extremely high. We do not offer refunds or returns, however this does not affect your statutory rights. Please email us if any of your items arrive faulty, damaged or have been incorrectly chosen - we will always do our best to help!
