As we are a small independent business, we do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with your order. We will do our best to help your items find their way to you, however we are not responsible for lost shipments if the original address is incorrect.
The Mystery Bookish Bundle is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies - it is also not the responsibility of TMBB to make the customer aware of these. Please check with your country's customs office and any potential charges before ordering with us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping as a delivery attempt has already been made. We can offer a reshipment as long as the shipping has been re-paid.
Should The Mystery Bookish Bundle mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from couriers after delivery, we will email you the invoice. This will need paying as soon as possible.
Any feedback regarding our services is greatly appreciated. If your item(s) are faulty, please get in touch with us directly with images of the damage and we will make sure this situation is rectified for you.
