Where's my confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are sent as soon as payment has been processed.

Klarna users may receive their email later than regular customers. Any confusion please check with your banking app or send us an email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping. Any more details can be found on the terms and conditions page HERE.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds/returns, however if any items arrive damaged, missing or you feel items have been incorrectly selected, please email us. We will do everything in our power to help you and leave you happy with our services.  

I'm missing items in my order

Please double check in your packing peanuts for any stray items, as a lot of our stock is quite small! If your bundle is short on items or if you'd like clarification on which items are your Diamond Picks, please email photos of *ALL* items received and we can sort this out for you.

Can I get a TikTok video after I've ordered a bundle?

Yes you can! As long as the videos are in stock, you can place an order for this, and we can refund the video’s shipping for you.

I have sensitive skin, can I request no face masks?

Yes! If you send us an email or message letting us know, we can make a note on your order.

Where's my TikTok video?

You may receive your bundle before your video is posted, this is due to having a high volume of videos to edit at any one time. Our current lead time for videos is 6 weeks, you will be tagged once we post this.
